The Lab Test Management System (LTMS)  Implemented a Custom CMS for report generation, tracking Lab pick up and delivery, testing, recording, logistics, and communication with the iOS app designed to streamline the end-to-end process of lab sample collection, testing, and reporting across multiple sites and material types. The system was tailored to meet the unique operational demands of the construction and civil engineering sectors, with a strong emphasis on real-time data access, regulatory compliance, and mobile workforce coordination.
