Seeking enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Programmers to join our talented development team in Kochi. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with a foundational understanding of PHP, Laravel, and JavaScript to gain hands-on experience in building and maintaining web applications. You will work alongside experienced developers, contributing to various projects and expanding your skillset in a real-world setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field, or equivalent training, and professional experience.
  • Basic understanding of PHP programming principles.
  • Familiarity with the Laravel framework (even through personal projects or coursework)..
  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Understanding of fundamental web development concepts (e.g., HTTP, RESTful APIs).
  • Familiarity with database concepts (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Reponsibilities

  • Active Learning: Trainees are expected to actively learn new programming languages, frameworks, tools, and development methodologies (like Agile/Scrum).
  • Mentorship Engagement: Asking questions, seeking clarification, and receiving constructive feedback from senior developers and mentors.
  • Staying Updated: Keeping up with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in software development.
