Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field, or equivalent training, and professional experience.
- Basic understanding of PHP programming principles.
- Familiarity with the Laravel framework (even through personal projects or coursework)..
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Understanding of fundamental web development concepts (e.g., HTTP, RESTful APIs).
- Familiarity with database concepts (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Reponsibilities
- Active Learning: Trainees are expected to actively learn new programming languages, frameworks, tools, and development methodologies (like Agile/Scrum).
- Mentorship Engagement: Asking questions, seeking clarification, and receiving constructive feedback from senior developers and mentors.
